@grungeobsessed probably your right we can’t understand him @ all, but ” misunderstood soul” sounds like a stereotype. I think not trying to understand him is the typical about this topic. “You can’t understand me!” like so many young people that. So Kurt came and sung or sreamed what they felt. A sort of pain. But not trying to understand him should not be the End. How should we ever beginn to understand each other, if we don’t even try??
Grunge was the best music genre ever, Nirvana was the best band ever, Kurt was the best songwriter ever, Nevermind is the best album ever, Smells Like Teen Spirit is the best song ever, and MTV Nirvana Unplugged in New York was the best musical performance ever. I wish the music of today was as good as it was in the early nineties

The best part is when he soulfully wails the last voice. That’s real music right there. No autotune, no electronic drum machines, no unnecessarily unusual costumes (I’m referring to lady gaga here). Just a guitarist, a bassist, a drummer, and a soulful, honest voice. Rock and roll.
