What is this sleep disorder that I have been experiencing?
When I’m sleeping, sometimes I wake up, but not really. Like my brain wakes up and i’m aware of everything around me, but i’m still sleeping. And I try to move/wake up but I can’t.

This sounds like sleep paralysis. It’s often accompanied by hallucinations right when you fall asleep (hypnogogic hallucinations) or right when you wake up (hypnopompic hallucinations). This is normal if it doesn’t occur too often, but since all 3 are symptoms of narcolepsy, you should see a sleep physician if you experience any of these symptoms on a regular basis.

well it sounds to me like you might be sleeping with your eyes open (maybe). there are 4 stages of sleep. you may be experiencing sleep walking type symptoms only your not sleepwalking. im pretty sure it is Hypnagogia. " this is the experience of drifting from waking sleep."
are you a very busy person? do you stress or worry a lot? these are some questions to ask yourself. i have this problem from time to time. try to relax. this is a fase you will most likely get out of it. it may take some time though. good luck
