What best advice can you give for people with Circadian Rhytm Sleep Disorder?

Are there any alternative way of getting a good sleep by not having to take sleeping pills? What natural foods is best to to eat that can provide a sound sleep?

      for the past few months or so ive been having the worst sleeping problems

      no matter what time i go to sleep i always seem to wake up around 6 am and it takes me so long to fall back asleep
      and once i do i just wake up again
      i cant fall asleep so really i havent been getting much sleep
      but the thing is im sooo tired
      sleeping pills DO NOT WORK

      what can i do

      i have to sleep in complete dark and it has to be REALLY quiet
      but seeing its summer and we have no AC my windows HAVE to be open
      no drugs nothing like that

        I have major problems sleeping at night. I can never fall asleep till like at least 4 am. I also have school in the morning and work in the afternoon. I think this has severe effects on my life and influences my behavior through out the day. Anybody have any tips or know any good websites that can help me? Sleeping pills just ain’t doing it for me because i start to become dependent on them. I want to try and fall asleep naturally.

              Sleep Problems…?

              For the last few years, I have had problems sleeping at night. I’m constantly feeling tired, and my eyes always look bloodshot and wrinkled underneath and bruised.
