Cardio vs. sleep? weight loss?
I got a dilema. I’ve only got time to work out after I come home from work at about 10:30 pm. I wake up at 6:15 am, so as it is I’m only getting about 7 hours of sleep daily. I been getting on the threadmill for about an hour, but I don’t wind up going to sleep til after 12 pm. so I’m just curious, is it worth it? I heard you can’t really loose weight unless you sleep well and I wake up super tired.
How should I fight the sleep deprivation due to the birth of my Triplets?
My wife just gave birth to triplets. I’m averaging about five hours of sleep a night, but it’s all broken sleep. The girls and boy are great, but I’m really tired/groggy at night. Need to wake up to the alarm and feed them while being alert. Suggestions!!??

Pregnant and scared of sleep deprivation?
I’m unexpectedly pregnant and it wasn’t planned. While I do not agree with abortion and I’m uneasy about adoption, I’m terrified of keeping it and having sleep deprivation. I’m someone who needs 5+ straight hours of sleep a night or a feel very sick. Suggestions?
Can not getting enough sleep cause health problems?
the answer is ofcourse yes, but how much is my question.
i get around 4 to 5 hours of sleep everynight. and sometimes even the 4 to5 hours isnt of DEEP rem sleep but just sleep.
so my question is more towards the brain. can not getting a full 8 hours speed up diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s or other brain problems?
soon i will change this habbit, though. (soon as i get a job) lol.
