		<description>Sleep deprivation on a daily basis for a long period of time really does a number on the body. I know this first hand. Severe lack of sleep caused me to gain weight, it brought on Diabetes, it caused my blood pressure to stay very high, it made me a nervous wreck, and it even caused me to feel depressed as well as have symptoms of mania. Depriving one&#039;s self of sleep for an experiment is one thing, but doing it all the time is definitely not good (to say the least).</description>

I´m not refreshed in the morning, now I know why.

You wanted to know if there are others with hallucination, oh yes indeed I :)))

Since I have regula sleep and REM again I dream (and nice dreams ) and I feel very refreshed.

Additionally I will have more green T and Antioxidants, so yes I will be very fit soon again.

Scientists say it can lead to obesity, but last I checked I&#039;m still as skinny as a tooth pick. So, I&#039;m guessing sleep works one way in some people and different in others. For me, eight hours of sleep leaves me waking up disoriented.</description>
