    Cut out your caffeine intake.

  • AJA:

Se your doctor. Otherwise you may start seeing beavers, Abe Lincoln, and deep sea divers. (lol)

  • D M:

    see a doctor

  • laura:

It depends on your problem. i personally wouldn’t take medicine no matter what. Milk(warm) or tea, or you can try to not hace caffine or maybe something’s bothering you?

I don’t get what’s with most people. This whole "See a doctor" about every tiny problem nonsense really gets on my nerves. Personally, I usually had a difficult time sleeping, so I take unisom. That usually helps, Advil PM would probably help too. All sleep medications have the risk of dependency, though, probably more emotionally addictive than physically. Sure, sleep loss can be indicative of certain major problems or diseases, but if you’re experiencing no other symptoms, then I wouldn’t blow 300 dollars seeing a doctor. I’d just buy some unisom. I’m sure a great many people will disagree with me, but they’re just paranoid or something.

Don’t sleep during day time. You will be tired and sleep at night.

Before starting taking any kind of medicine or seeing a doctor, think about it logically..isn’t normal that if you are sleeping during the day or in the mornings, till the time you wake up your body will not be able or needs to sleep until the next day morning or noon! its full of sleep!

Try to organize your day, I suggest that you start to exercise during the day & don’t go to sleep even if you felt tierd or sleepy in the noon time or afternoons, oblige your self to stay awake doing something that you really like & till the night comes then you go to sleep (even it’s early sleeping like 9.00 pm) it’s healthy & you’ll find your self waking up in the early morning, it’s gonna be hard for the first few days buty trust me it’s gonna work.

Well, it could be a medical problem. You could be suffering from sleep apnea, and yes, this would need you to go to the Doctor to do this. It means you stop breathing every so often during your sleep cycle, and you’re not getting restful sleep and you’re not able to replenish your body’s need for it.

A lot of people suffer this problem at one varied point or another in their life, some even more than others such as possibly your case, but I know how to treat it, naturally. For a very economical price you can get natural melatonin from your local Wal-Mart in the vitamin section which helps your body to produce more natural Serotonin at bed time to enhance sleep. There are zero side effects, other than a good nights sleep, and it is non-habit forming. It is just a great vitamin supplement. Search the key word "Melatonin" on your Yahoo search engine to confirm what I’m telling you. It naturally provides me a great nights sleep every night after trying for years to sleep at night before I found this dietary supplement. I now wake refreshed and full of energy as I am only promoting my body’s own ability to sleep. The best brand comes in a purple bottle from the company "Natrol" and is labeled Melatonin 5mg (1 tablet at night). Again, it is non-narcotic as it is a natural supplement and is found in the vitamin and health section at your local Wal-Mart. It’s the best kept secret for sleep I’ve ever experienced for a great nights sleep every night. By helping the body to produce more Serotonin, which is your body’s "sleepy time " hormone, the Melatonin lowers stress, eases your mind, and thus promotes restful sleep. You may have a deficit of serotonin to begin with and would benefit greatly from a supplement.

  • Hey! I wondered upon this article and found it to be fairly interesting but your page wouldn’t completely load. It only seemed to load about 25% of the page. Are you aware of this?

Anywho, I don’t completely agree with all that I’ve read so far, but I’ll swing through later to see if everything is fixed to finish reading. Thanks again.
