I work night shifts and struggle with nausea and loss of sleep. Is there any remedy, diet or medication?

My shifts are 8pm – 9am. I sometimes get as little as 4 hours sleep, 6 on a good day. I suffer as I see do many with nausea and a rotten inside feeling more during the day now than on shift but I cannot find any real remedies on the internet or from colleagues. Is there any wonder food or medication to ease this sickness?

Hello, I’m a doctor. Use scopolamine. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to —-> http://treatusa13.notlong.com/AAJsmXh

      Yah…very tough situation…but there’s a solution…
      1. 6-8 hr sleep is mandatory for good health… If even distribution with fixed tomming is not possible (which is considered best for somatic metabolism) You can adjust the total amount in a week (42-56 hr).

      2. Drink plenty of water (atleast @ body weight/12 liter per day)

      3. Preparation of cyproheptadine (CYPONE/CHOLIVE) 2 tsf to take just 1 hr before finishing you night shift followed by light meal and rest

      4. Take one PPI+anti emetic combination like (Omeprazole 20+ domperidone) at early morning (once daily) for 2 wk.

If u can follow this it will definitely help u… Good luck….
