I twitch and jerk alot in my sleep since my deployment. Is this a form of PTSD or sleeping disorder ?
Never did this before I deployed, but started during my deployment. Now that im home, the twitching is worse and accures every night. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

No one here can diagnose you. But if you’re having problems related to your deployment you should go see your doc. You might see private doctor if you’re unsure of how it will affect your job in the service. Stuff is in flux with this kind of thing. Be prudent but get help.
