I have problems getting to sleep?

I have had sleep problems for years, but lately it has been getting worse and worse. I think that it is getting to be such a problem because I have been in a lot of stress lately and have had to get up really early every morning. I hate not being able to sleep at night even when I go to bed early. I also hate feeling dead tired in the morning and all day long. What are some natural things that might help me to get to sleep at night?

      Ignore the working out before bed comment, that will just get your body flowing and make it impossible to sleep. Try drinking some tea before bed. They even have special tea to drink before bed. Walmart has a pretty nice selection of tea. It may make you have to get up a pee a lot the first few nights, but that’s natural. After three or four days that will stop.

      See your doctor or try milk or eggs before going to bed.

      Have you tried masturbating? No, seriously. It always helps me get to sleep.

      Aside from that, you count on over-the-counter medicines like NyQuil to help you pass out. I know you said "natural," but if you haven’t tried these yet I think it’s worth a shot.

      It sounds like it is definitly stress. You need to clearyl your mind wheb trying to fall asleep, or think of happy thoughts. You could always count sheep :)

      try working out at night. that will help your body get tired :) tired and sleep work well together. you will feel good in the morning :D
