Howl long does it take to overcome the effects of sleep deprivation?

i have been suffering from pretty bad sleep deprivation(3 hrs of sleep a night). lately i have been suffering the side effects of slurred speech and blurry vision as well as loss of concentration.

how long do i have to keep a good sleeping regimen until these effects go away? and are there any permanent effects?

    for me, three days recovery is enough for any level of sleep abuse. Two days is enough for one night’s missed sleep.

    You should probably get a good night’s sleep for about a week (8-12 hours) and you should be okay.
