How can I sleep with breathing problems?
I know this is my third question but new details. (:
The only sleep I got today was probably from 10AM-1:30 PM
I don’t get much regular sleep (i often go to sleep as late as 5 or 6 AM and sleep to afternoon). I really want to sleep tonight but I have anxiety-related breathing problems that make falling asleep hard and uncomfortable. Any tips?
forgot a detail. my mom and i already went to a clinic where we had pills perscribed. they do not seem to have taken effect.

You may have tried this, and I’m not sure if it will help with your type of breathing problems, but you could adjust your pillow and try to find a position that helps.
Try propping your pillow up so you’re semi-sitting in bed (like you might when you have a cold) This leaves your airway open. (though it feels a bit silly at first)
You could also try sleeping with no pillow, or a very small one, and on your back. This should also allow you to breath deeply and easily.
And there are always sleeping pills. Some are herbal and completely safe to take. And Advil PM also works, you can get it as a sleeping aid only, without the pain relief.

See a Doctor about your condition. Maybe you could be
given some oxygen to help you breathe. Go from there, or
just talk to your parents about this, they know.
See an ear ,nose, throat specialist. He should be able to give you some ideas and a check up to see if he can find a problem. In the mean time try sleeping with 2 pillows or if possible raise the head of your bed about 6". Your breathing problem could be in your sinus or lungs. Get an oxygen monitor from him for the night so as to measure your oxygen intake. I have sinus problems, had surgery and all that. Before I was reading as low as 48% oxy intake, kept waking me up . Get it checked out.
Anxiety-related is the key here. Talk to your primary physician about a prescription for clonazepam. Yes, it is categorized as an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety drug, but is also used for many other disorders. Just .5mg of it, before bedtime, will make you somnolent (drowsy) enough to get some rest. You may also be suffering from sleep apnea when you are asleep. This is a big deal. It can leave you exhausted, incur sleep disorders and can be life threatening. Also, try turning on a fan, set on "low", in your room. It may help to clear nasal passages. A foam wedge, 4" tall, under your pillow may also help. I am not an drug advocate, but it sounds as if you may, indeed, have a sleep-disorder that merits drug use. See your doctor now.
