Has anyone who has sleep problems tried on of those Sleep Sound systems?
Those devices that make for pleasant sounds (rainfall, waves, etc, this is what I’m talking about http://www.brookstone.com/sl/product/24879-tranquil-moments-sleep-sound-therapy-system.html) and how well did it work?
I always have sleep problems but I don’t want to take an ambien each night.

Sleep Products:
i haven’t tried them, but i have had very good result with a silly homeopathic product i found at my drugstore. it’s called "calms forte" and it has worked so well for me. i’ve always had sleep problems, i’ve taken all the prescription meds and like you, don’t want to be that drugged every night. the hangovers for me were hell. anyway, calms forte doesn’t knock you out, it just chills you out so you can sleep naturally. when you do fall asleep you sleep really well, but not in a heavy opium dream kind of way like with ambien or other sleepers. It’s hard to believe such a "light" seeming product could really help with such a serious problem but it totally does for me, so i thought i would share. good luck and good night! http://www.calmsforte.com/
They work but concentration plays a big part also. They are designed to drown out other noises.
