Google brainwave entrainment. Some tips on beating insomnia…….. Reduce your caffeine intake, especially late in the day. Drink alcohol in moderation. It may make you sleepy, but it will cause you to wake up early. If you smoke, try to stop. Night-time breathing problems are more likely in smokers. Take regular exercise, but don’t do strenuous activity immediately before going to bed. Don’t take naps during the day. Try taking a warm bath, having a milky drink or listening to soothing music to create a relaxed mood before going to bed. Meditation and exercise such as yoga can have a relaxing affect, helping prepare your body for sleep. Try to get into a daily routine to establish a sleep rhythm. Go to bed the same time each night and get up the same time each morning. Don’t have heavy or rich meals, especially in the few hours before you go to bed. If you can’t sleep, get up and read until you feel sleepy or do something you find relaxing. Don’t watch television as this can stimulate the mind, and try not to lie in bed thinking about how much sleep you

Now i am going to sleep.
    bye bye. :-)

  • mejuffrouwTwiddel:

Well, apperantly my sister is a bit weird ’cause this music makes her dance and be wide awake, whilst listening to theta brainwaves makes her fall asleep after a few minutes. None the less, your music is very pretty and it has helped me thousands of times to continue my path. Thanks a ton, and I send you good wishes.

  • lesliegg1961:

@PaulFromStokeUK what is the name of your website, i listen to this amazing music every night, but half the stuff i listen to wont register on youtube for some reason.

  • Pyro432:

Paul, i love your music, it is very relaxing. However i was going to ask if maybe you had some other suggestions on how to cure insomnia? I’ve tried reading, music, warm milk, sleeping pills…. What else can i do to go to sleep? i’ve been trying to sleep for the last 5 hours now. Thanks!

  • willywonk0:

Out of all your songs which made me happy and relaxed, this one actually made me frightened, i had some trouble sleeping for a while. Not sure, maybe its just me but it was weird, felt like i was being watched….

  • peterstone14:

@Willywonk0 I agree this music didn’t help and it’s really creepy

  • CherryxPeachStudios:

Hello Paul! I’m dropping a comment by to say how much I love your videos. I would fave them all, but I figured subscribing to you is much much better! I looooove them and they help me SO much. I’m planning on using your Sleep Like a King playlist to get rid of my sleeping problems and reassure myself a good night sleep.

Thank you again for the fabulous work, and if I physically could, I would give you a record deal (or whatever they’re called) right away (sadly, I’m not capable of doing that!).

  • Smarties5555:

@willywonk0 i dont mean to offend you but if you feel like you are being watched it may be just a little paranoia. if it helps try to imagine a positive image of watching ‘over’ you like an angel. :)

  • QuoGirl:

This is incredible! For some odd reason, I felt like I was underwater AND in outer space. It’s weird but incredible. I also pictured lots of fish, whales and dolphins because there were some sounds that reminded me of whales (the high and low pitches). It makes everything around you so surreal. It almost put me to sleep.

  • Gibbo37711:

@supergirl4115 did you touch them after it?

  • Bouratha256:

This is the first one i liked. I think it was the tips you gave out on your description. That helped me. I needa go back to working out. My minds so blank and uneasy and boring. Usually i’m hyped up or have a smile on my face but now ,, not much. Thanks for the video :) I appreciate it

  • TheAwesomeEclipse:
