Does anyone else in here have a sleep disorder such as mine?
My sleep pattern keeps changing although I normally get up every two hours to go to the bathroom. But the schedule changes so that I am up all night sometimes. Right now it’s getting to be more day hours so this is better. (I’m retired and disabled by the way). Can you describe it and what helped you if anything? Thanks.

I had that problem as well. I thought it was the prostrate thing. I finally ended up having a sleep study done and it turned out the problem was sleep apnea. I have a c-pap and I can now sleep with maybe getting up only once a night.
Marj so many of us don’t sleep like we should. But there are drugs to help us sleep. Tylonal pm can help. Not drinking caffein can help. Not sleeping through the day can help. the right amount of exercise can help. But sometimes we just have to get sleeping aids to help.
It would be good to know what your underlying disability is? For example I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my sleep pattern is all over the place. At one stage they put me on Statins to reduce the Cholesterol and I was up half the night using the bathroom, which only added to the Arthritis problems. So much really depends on your Disability.
I have insominia for many years and it was bad.And still is. Helps me a lot if I go to church at services. From there I receive themost consistent help. Medicines don t help or teas or milk.
just pray. I know you do but maybe you want to try to see if the cross made on youir body helps. Only if you want. God be with you!
