I cant fuc*ing fall asleep. like ever. lol XP

i just took a test and it said i have signs of insomnia and stuff, so… could i have a disorder

I have a very hard time falling asleep at night and once I do fall asleep, I am up about 15-20 minutes later. My doc suggested Lunesta, but the Medical Card does not cover that. I’ve even tried OTC sleep aids and they don’t work either….HELP!!!!! I need SLEEP something bad. All opinions appreciated…..and thank you

Occasionally he grinds his teeth, holds his breath, talks, and once most recently woke up talking about laundry and pointed to (I guess what he thought was a pile of laundry) and told me to seperate the whites. I started laughing and he got mad and kept going on about the laundry!!! The scary thing is he got up and got a drink of water while all of this was happening?!? I tried to tell him he was sleep talking but he didn’t get it. Is this something i should be concerned about? Because it scared the crap out of me.

For the 2011 prompt, Can i talk about how sleep disorder affected my school life? Would I need a proof to show I am diasgnois with it?

I sleep over 12 hous a day and I still am tired during the day.

I havent been sleeping well for about seven months now and i had an episode of sleep paralysis last night. Its starting to aftect my mental and physical health. Do i have a sleep disorder?
