Blue light for sleep disorder?

I have a severe sleep disorder since last year. I usually sleep at 4 or 6 am, and wake up at 12 or 2 pm. I had tried sleeping pills but they make feel with less energy during the day. I even had to change my working schedule to the afternoon because it has been impossible for me to wake up in the morning. Does someone knows at what time of the day apply blue light therapy in my particular case?

Thanks!

Does anyone else in here have a sleep disorder such as mine?

My sleep pattern keeps changing although I normally get up every two hours to go to the bathroom. But the schedule changes so that I am up all night sometimes. Right now it’s getting to be more day hours so this is better. (I’m retired and disabled by the way). Can you describe it and what helped you if anything? Thanks.

Can you give me some issues and concepts on REM Sleep disorder?

How does this issue/concept affect me as an individual(example of life experience)?

What importance might this concept/issue have to someone working in my chosen field?(a teacher)

What implications does this concept/issue have for the community/society?

I’ll appreciate this because this is for my final course.
