Can Loss Of Sleep Affect Your Vision?
I fell asleep last night at 2 and woke up at 6:30, normally i have 20/20 vision, but today i have been trying to read things i normally could from a distance and it is more blurred than usual. Can this be from sleep loss?

Risky,
The short answer is yes, but there is more to it. That’s only 4.5 hours of sleep and 8 hours is the accepted number for recommended hours of sleep, but you knew that. Thats why you are asking the question.
Sleep deprivation can lead to tons of different things. In my case, my back gets sore and I get foggyheaded (somewhat). In your case it may be vision.
Punchline: Theres not much to worry about, since its probably sleep related and temporary, but do take the time to get lots of good sleep for the next few nights.
Hope you are seeing better by the time this answer gets to you,
John
